The Global Learning & Knowledge Management (GLKM) organization provides a full range of dynamic, evolving learning and performance solutions that enrich our colleague’s skills and knowledge. We power engagement and drive business results across Global Services (GS) through talent solutions. We are seeking an Instructional Designer.
GLA is responsible for partnering with business leaders, subject matter experts, and the wider GLKM team to develop and implement global learning solutions that align with key business strategies and enhance organizational performance. With a focus on the highest quality of design and development, they will contribute to the conceptualization, development, implementation and measurement of all learning solutions.
The Instructional Designer is responsible for the design and development of training, using performance consulting and instructional design techniques to assess needs, identify the root cause of business problems and create formal and informal learning solutions.
Successful candidates will have passion and experience in learning curriculum design and working closely with their team and SMEs to develop a range of learning solutions from live facilitator-led training to self-paced formal and informal online learning. Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify business, learning and performance objectives for new learning projects.
Apply adult learning theories into practical, application-based learning with the ability to convert strategies to effective and engaging learning experiences.
Design and Develop Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT) materials using MS PowerPoint adhering to brand guidelines.
Write effective design outlines, scripts and storyboards for videos and eLearning.
Build interactive eLearning using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Vyond.
Run Train the Trainer (TTT) sessions when handing over learning solutions to Delivery teams.
Possess the ability to work in a team environment to design, develop and build blended learning experiences.
Be a thought leader in instructional design and innovation.
Partner and collaborate in a team environment with other learning, communications, and knowledge management professionals and business partners to deliver globally consistent learning experiences.
Develop comprehensive measurement strategies for all learning solutions to demonstrate business impact and effectiveness.
Communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form and deliver engaging presentations to business leaders globally.
Acquire and apply new technology skills to instructional design practice.
Qualifications:
At least College Level
Highly proficient in written and spoken English
Experience in designing learning solutions including instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning and video
Proficiency with industry standard design software is required. (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Storyline 360, Articulate Suite)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PPT)
Strong Project management skills to work autonomously
Strong leadership competencies to ensure collaboration
Experience in contact centers or financial institutions a plus

Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
