About the role  

In this role, you will get the opportunity to develop high-quality educational courses and content that explain complex ideas in a concise, easy-to-understand way. Your duties will involve ensuring appropriate production of course videos by creating storyboards and designing the learning experience.

We are an emerging Edtech solutions organization diversified into content creation, business consultation, BI Strategy, and enterprise learning solutions through robust instructional design fundamentals.  

We have been serving the industry for the past 2 years and have experienced significant growth and scalability throughout the Edtech domain. 

Key responsibilities:  

1. Quality Check Scripts provided by Subject Matter Experts to ensure the correct flow of content. 
2. Provide appropriate visuals, either through image search or by creatively producing them. 
3. Ensure that each video is prepared according to the guidelines and aligned with BLOOM's Taxonomy and the learners' comprehensive level. 
4. Improved video development strategies and ideas are suggested when necessary. 
5. Collaborate with the Video Developer ensuring courses are created in a clear and easily understandable manner. 
6. Prepare proper storyboard before the videos go into production to ensure right video development. 
7. Have knowledge in creating LVC and OSL Content Types as per requirements. 

Skills: 

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills 
2. A creative inclination to detail 
3. Experience in designing and developing self-directed and easily understandable content and courses 
4. 0-1 year of experience as an instructional designer 
5. Familiarity with storyboarding, learning design, and course creation 
6. Having experience of teaching would be a plus. 

Internship Duration: 3 Months 

Stipend: Rs 10000 

Joining: Immediately
