Summary

Position We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Manager with a strong background in Instructional Design to develop and manage an innovative suite of learning assets tailored for the LVMH talents globally. This role is instrumental in supporting the HR Global Roadmap by designing impactful, engaging, and sustainable learning experiences. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Learning & Development and Instructional Design, coupled with a strong understanding of leadership, organizational behavior, personal development, and emerging learning technologies. This role requires strategic collaboration with key internal stakeholders to ensure the learning offer aligns with business priorities, leadership development objectives, and the continuous upskilling of business and HR professionals across the organization Job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development : Analysis training needs and design comprehensive curricula that address specific learning objectives. Development of innovative, high-impact learning experiences : integrate best practices in instructional design, skill-based organizations, change management, coaching, and adult development. Instructional Material Creation : Develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions, ensuring content is relevant and effective. Collaboration : Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and document instructional goals and requirements. Technology Integration : Utilize various instructional design models and technology tools to create interactive and accessible learning experiences. Leverage digital learning technologies (LMS, LXP, AI-powered learning tools) to enhance accessibility and engagement. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement : Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary. Continuously iterate and refine learning solutions to ensure they remain cutting-edge, relevant, and high-impact. Monitor trends in learning technology, instructional design methodologies, and HR best practices to drive innovation. Profile Experience: Minimum 10 years in Learning, Instructional Design, Talent Development, HR, or a related field. Strong expertise in Instructional Design, Content Development, Learning Facilitation, and HR Best Practices. Proven experience in designing and managing hybrid, virtual, and face-to-face learning programs. Key Competencies: Proficiency in instructional design theories, models, and best practices. Experience with e-learning development tools and learning management systems. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in digital learning tools (LMS, LXP, Articulate, 360 Learning, AI-driven learning technologies). Innovative mindset with a passion for learning, personal development, and continuous improvement. Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives with organizational strategy. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Exceptional project management skills with a track record of owning learning projects from conception to execution. Team-oriented, flexible, and agile in adapting to changing priorities. Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
