TopFirm is seeking an Instructional Content Designer to help build out impactful, difference-making content for our accounting firm clients. TopFirm is a subscription-model organization that provides coaching, content, and community to help accounting firm owners scale and grow their businesses. TopFirm is a sister company of TOA Global.


+ Develop visually appealing, engaging, and impactful learning materials that drive improved learning outcomes for TopFirm clients and prospects

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape their offerings into TopFirm’s learning approach and methodologies

+ Implement GenAI custom GPTs that support TopFirm’s clients in implementing strategies from our workshops and events


Responsibilities

+ Ensure all materials comply with TopFirm’s branding and learning methodologies. Suggest improved workbook and playbook strategies to improve learner outcomes.

+ Ensure appropriate writing styles are utilized so that content is easy to understand for the target audience.

+ Comply with effectiveness and engagement metrics to ensure learning materials are meeting learning and business outcomes.

+ This can be a remote position or a seat can be secured in a TOA Global office. Successful hires will have a quiet, private, and dedicated space to ensure a professional and focused work environment during designated working hours.



Key Qualifications/Experience

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field is required.

+ Mid-level experience (4-5 years) in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning.

+ Experience in developing multimedia, preferably for learning applications. Comfortable editing video clips. Able to add effects such as transitions, lower thirds, overlays, graphics, animation, etc.

+ Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products, multimedia design software (Adobe Creative Suite), and Canva.

+ Experience in learning principles, instructional design models, and creating storyboards and prototypes.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication, collaboration with stakeholders, and conducting needs assessments.

+ Comfortable working independently and staying on track with time and project management.

+ Working with a focus on solutions and proactive problem-solving.
