On this exciting journey, we are looking for a InStore Senior Backend Developer to join our team under the IT Directorate. As an InStore Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in managing the technical processes of our team, integrating business and field team requests into our applications, and developing new solutions.

Job Description:

• Developing end-to-end solutions and improving existing systems
• Taking ownership of projects and tasks independently
• Tracking and delivering assigned tasks on time
• Staying up to date with technology trends and integrating new solutions
• Ensuring smooth application performance and seamless integrations
• Gathering requirements, providing technical solutions, and managing project timelines
• Reviewing code to maintain quality and standards
• Optimizing software performance and resolving issues
• Collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in .NET technologies (C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core)
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, PL/SQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL databases
• Experience with ORM frameworks and RESTful/SOAP web services
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS (+Bootstrap), and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with ERP integration processes
• Knowledge of message queue systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Understanding of DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail & analytical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Problem-solving mindset
• English proficiency is a plus
