Job Description
We are looking for an Insight Analyst with a strong strategic and analytics mindset to provide valuable insights, trend analysis and craft compelling stories from data for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or media agency, or comparable knowledge. If you are passionate about marketing and how culture and trends shape it, possess excellent writing skills, have a way with data, and can identify trends in the ever-evolving social media and influencer landscape, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Insights Development:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimise influencer selection, content creation, and campaign performance for our clients.
- Understand the distinct challenges within key industries—particularly luxury, fashion, beauty, and entertainment—to identify strategic opportunities for consultancy, pitching, or upselling.
- Research influencer marketing trends through our proprietary tool.
- Craft insightful content for clients, blog posts and across different industry verticals.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyse data related to influencer marketing data from our platform.
- Utilise Excel and other data manipulation tools to extract meaningful information from large datasets.
- Help to create insightful reports to communicate campaign performance and key insights to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Trend Analysis:
- Research the latest trends, cultural shifts, and influencer marketing developments across a number of industries, particularly luxury, fashion and beauty.
- Identify emerging trends and insights that can inform influencer and digital marketing strategies.
- Proactively keeping up to speed with the industry, and generating ideas around key cultural moments throughout the year.
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Keep up to date with competitor activities and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years minimum experience working in a digital marketing agency, preferably in a strategy-related capacity
- Previous experience working with consumer brands is required; familiarity with luxury and/or fashion brands is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for spotting trends and understanding their implications.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data analysis and manipulation.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Comfortable working with different teams and functions across the company.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
