The Role

We are seeking a talented Insights Analyst to generate and deliver clear, actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Insights, you will support customer reporting, program evaluations, internal analytics, and business development initiatives. Your strong visualization and data storytelling skills will drive understanding, engagement, and decision-making across teams.

Responsibilities

Customer Reporting & Program Insights

• Develop and refine customer-facing reports and presentations to communicate program performance and value
• Analyze clinical, engagement, demographic, and operational data to assess program impact
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in recurring reporting deliverables
• Maintain and iterate on standardized reporting templates and visuals for efficiency and clarity

Internal Analytics & Business Support

• Create dashboards and internal reports to support Customer Success, Sales & Marketing, Product, and Food Partnership teams
• Monitor data trends, investigate anomalies, and conduct follow-up analyses to support strategic goals
• Contribute to the development of self-service analytics tools and maintain internal documentation
• Support standardization within customer and business reporting.

Research & Thought Leadership Support

• Conduct market research and literature reviews to inform white papers, case studies, and strategic planning
• Identify and analyze trends in Food is Medicine, healthcare innovation, and outcomes measurement
• Translate research and internal insights into compelling external-facing content and storytelling

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics)
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or insights generation
• Experience in healthcare, public health, value-based care, or Food is Medicine programs
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with R and SQL preferred
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, ggplot2, Excel, or PowerPoint
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for solving complex data problems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for using data to drive social impact and health equity
