We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, call on new and existing clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. Pay: Salary plus commission Responsibilities Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers Meet or exceed designated sales targets Create and implement an effective sales strategy Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish Previous experience in sales preferred not required. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
