We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team, focused on supporting LG Home Appliance Regional Accounts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales success and achieving budget targets through a variety of responsibilities, including:
Key Responsibilities:
Promotional Execution
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute promotional campaigns that drive product awareness and sales growth.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure promotional materials and strategies are effectively implemented.
Product Sales Support
- Provide detailed product information and support to the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet customer needs.
- Assist in managing product availability and inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities.
Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the sales team and other departments, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and Order Management to facilitate order processing and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration and Communication
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Order Management, to ensure cohesive efforts toward sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing timely information and support.
Customer Focus
- Maintain a customer-centric attitude, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer relationships.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales support function to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
· Proven experience in inside sales or sales support, preferably in the home appliance or related industry
· Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on achieving results & creating actions to resolve issues
· Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork & ability to work independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management tools. Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, advanced functions: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, comfortable with technology and proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
· Ability to manage time effectively.
