Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll help us connect with individuals and organizations seeking world-class cloud training solutions, primarily in the AWS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and perform proactive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social selling
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cloud training programs (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Drive the sales cycle from qualification to closure and meet monthly/quarterly targets
• Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and provide regular sales performance reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or EdTech space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing pipelines
• Good to have: Experience selling cloud-based training programs or certifications (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot
