Prerequisites for the person:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person (Telesales) to contribute to our sales team. This person will be responsible for communicating about the product (Coworking Spaces) and convincing the person to come for site visits.
• An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills and a can-do attitude. The goal is to help grow sales with your skills and be an asset to the company.
• Should be Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills (English) and convincing skills
• Should be a target oriented and good in analytical & logical ability
• Candidate having experience preferably in real estate industry

Job Role:

• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Generate new leads and make calls, and follow up the existing leads
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products (Coworking spaces)
• Explain the product and services to potential customers.
• Make calls, follow up & Influence customers to buy or rent.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle phone calls of all sorts
• 5.5 Days working with Sundays Fixed Off
