Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITY


  • Identify key players and Champion new opportunities via research, cold calling, and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Acting as a consultant and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for Lepton’s Product and solutions.
  • Consistently Improve the Quality of the Customer experience with Lepton.
  • Continually review and evolve the collections process at Lepton, oversee and organize every interaction between the customer and Lepton.
  • Connect with relevant business owners/ Managers and assist them in business operations.
  • Deliver service improvements to improve the customer experience.
  • End to end Management of hunting, pitching, providing solutions and execution of large Long tail clients.
  • Responsible for qualified lead generation and development of a healthy sales funnel.
  • Develop pipeline and create consistent flow of interested prospects.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs


QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET


  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. MBA in Marketing would be an advantage.
  • 4+ years of inside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge about LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
