Conduct warm calling to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team
Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects and secure appointments
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments in Salesforce or similar CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointment information
Continuously develop and improve strategies for generating high-quality appointments
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects
```Requirements```
Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal
Ability to confidently engage with potential customers over the phone and build rapport
Excellent negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet or exceed targets
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
