Job Description – Inside Sales Associate (US Market)

Position: Inside Sales Representative

📍 Location: Pune (WFO)

⏳ Shift Timing: 2 PM – 12 AM

💰 Compensation: [Salary + Incentives]

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth in the US market. You will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales through Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Account mapping, Account Research, and virtual meetings. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and qualify potential clients through Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Account mapping, Account Research, and social media outreach.

Research market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

✅ Sales & Revenue Generation

Conduct sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients.

Develop and nurture relationships with leads to convert them into customers.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

✅ Pipeline & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of deals.

✅ Client Communication & Relationship Management

Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.

Follow up on leads and ensure a smooth sales cycle.

✅ Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.

Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and insights to management.

Key Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

2-4 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the US market.

Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, or similar industries is a plus.

🛠 Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills (neutral accent preferred).

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Strong understanding of the US business culture & sales process.

Ability to work in US time zones and handle international clients.
