About the Role:


We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing sales team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in inside sales preferably in IT Industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate and qualify leads.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend suitable solutions or products.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct regular pipeline follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the field sales team to support closures and handovers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM tools.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar role in IT Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
