The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for generating new business from previous, existing, and new commercial customers, proposal generation, sales reporting, and other duties as assigned. A general understanding of (or willingness to learn about) commercial inside grease trap cleaning and grease removal is necessary.
Hybrid Eligibility
This position is hybrid-eligible following the successful completion of a 90-day in-office training/probationary period.
The Successful Inside Sales Rep Will Be
Responsible for working closely with Wind River Environmental customers and the Inside Sales Group to resolve customer issues
Highly organized and must have strong aptitude to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
A problem-solver with the desire to think quickly and effectively to resolve issues
Willing to learn the business and contribute to the growth of the company
A self-starter who can work without close supervision
Minimum Qualifications And Experience Include
Clear verbal communication skills and excellent telephone presence
Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management
Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines and established goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
Ability to perform basic math functions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Customer Service attitude and passion for customer service
Enjoys working in a collaborative team manner with different functional groups
Attention to detail and ability to analyze data for decision making
