The Inside Sales Representative provides high-value and personalized communication with our Partners regarding their spare parts and service needs. As a member of our elite inside sales team, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, recovering lost accounts, and managing established accounts to create an exceptional customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attain Annual Sales targets for top-line revenue and gross margin.
Continually develop and improve product knowledge.
Identify customer needs while recommending appropriate solutions to drive both Aftermarket sales, margin, accessories, and overall performance.
Generate sales with the Company’s current clients.
Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
Work closely with the Sales Team, Operations, and Field Service Support.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding the maintenance and operation of LDX products, accessories, and services.
Assist Outside Sales and the Operations team in the coordination of pricing.
Assist in developing and incorporating a solid strategy for Aftermarket to maximize service and support to the customer base.
Provide proposals and quotes to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely placement of contracts and orders.
Accountable for ensuring orders are entered into the ERP system and/or other support databases.
Coordinate with the Accounting department to ensure timely invoicing to customers and vendors.
Identify opportunities for sales-related process improvements.
Participate in and actively pursue training, including training by the Company, vendors, and customers.
Promote safety awareness with all team members.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED required; college or vocational degree preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
Basic business acumen with the understanding of selling processes required to analyze and discuss customer operations.
Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue and profitability within an industrial aftermarket or service business.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Prior experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems strongly preferred.
