What You’ll Do

  • Own the full inside‑sales cycle: respond to inbound leads, run consultative discovery calls (1:1 or small group), and close enrolments.
  • Proactively prospect via cold calls, email sequences and LinkedIn to keep your pipeline full.
  • Maintain spotless data hygiene in the CRM; track daily activity and revenue against targets.
  • Share learner feedback and funnel insights with Marketing & Product to sharpen campaigns and offerings.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 6 + months of quota‑carrying inside‑sales, admission‑counsellor or SDR experience—ed‑tech a bonus.
  • Comfortable explaining technical concepts in clear, persuasive language.
  • Proven at meeting or beating monthly revenue targets.
  • Fluent English plus Hindi or another regional language.
  • Familiar with any modern CRM

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a technical field.
  • Interest in AI, data science or quantum tech.
