The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the EMEA sales team. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to understand and articulate the value of ST Engineering iDirect’s solutions. Additionally, this role will support the EMEA sales team by facilitating quotes for remotes and professional equipment, along with other sales administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies Provide support to the sales team in managing and closing deals Facilitate quotes for remotes and professional equipment Handle various sales administrative responsibilities Organize and provide training and support to customers on the company’s products, services, and sales processes Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align on strategies and support customer success Communicate effectively with customers about product updates, company initiatives, and promotional opportunities Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and customer status Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the satellite or telecommunications industry Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Other Requirements: Experience in the satellite communications industry is a plus
