Company Description We are a boutique private equity firm that specializes in asset-backed, cash-flowing alternative investments and value-add, cash-flowing single-family and multifamily income-producing properties in landlord-friendly cities across the U.S. As we grow, we're seeking a sharp, driven Inside Sales Representative to join our in-office team and play a key role in our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. Role Description This is a full-time, in-office Inside Sales Representative role located in Southlake, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up with warm leads, setting and keeping appointments with prospective clients, and managing client relationships with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role involves using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and SharpSpring to organize pipelines, maintain detailed client records, and ensure consistent follow-ups. The representative will work closely with leadership to move prospects through the sales funnel and support the team in achieving and exceeding performance goals. Qualifications 1+ years of Inside Sales or Client Relations Position Customer Service skills Lead Generation and Customer Satisfaction experience Strong communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in a sales or customer service role Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of real estate investments is a plus Compensation and Opportunities Competitive base salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Clear path for advancement and leadership opportunities
