Through a global network, we serve as a supply channel partner for over 100,000 original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and commercial customers. **What You Will Be Doing:** + Nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories. + Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts to maximize revenue. + Find and recruit new customers and partners to grow the business + Focus on customer renewals and contract extensions while maintaining strong relationships among stakeholders and client organizations. + Identify sales scenarios and opportunities to develop business to meet and exceed targets. + Gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base. + This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow **What We Are Looking For:** + You have experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales + Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS + Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor's preferred + Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and capacity to upsell & cross-sell. + Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners. + Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach. + Due to contractual requirements with the federal government, viable candidates must be US citizens **Work Arrangement** - _This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office and 2 days per week from home._ **What's In It For You :** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
