Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and close deals using leads in our CRM (FollowUpBoss).

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement.

Evaluate real estate and mineral rights opportunities for maximum profitability.

Represent Rising Phoenix at industry events and networking opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in the CRM.

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, oil and gas or similar industries.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

Strong problem-solving abilities and comfortable dealing with objections.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Results-driven with a passion for sales success.
