Summary

Neurolens is growing fast, and we are searching for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) with a true hunter mentality — someone who thrives in early-stage conversations, is relentless in prospecting, and is fearless when it comes to picking up the phone or jumping on a virtual meeting. This is not account management. This is not customer support. This is new business generation at its core.


You will be the first face and voice of Neurolens for hundreds of practices across the country. Your job? Find them. Spark their curiosity. Help them see what they are missing. And move them through our process — quickly, consultatively, and with confidence.


What You Will Own

  • Prospecting at scale: Engage eye care professionals through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, event leads, and inbound inquiries
  • Creating urgency: Lead highly targeted, value-driven discovery calls to surface clinical and business needs and build interest
  • Virtual selling excellence: Deliver polished Zoom/Teams-based presentations that establish credibility and communicate the unique value of Neurolens
  • Pipeline progression: Own the top of the funnel and advance accounts to the point of being 90 percent ready to close
  • Collaborative handoff: Seamlessly transition warm, qualified opportunities to our field team for final diligence and onboarding
  • Activity discipline: Keep CRM activity clean, measurable, and trackable. Your numbers should tell the story before anyone asks


What Makes You a Fit

  • You love building the front end of the sales pipeline — and you are good at it
  • You have a strong track record of success in high-volume, high-intensity inside sales roles (2–5 years preferred)
  • You bring urgency, discipline, and relentless curiosity to every sales motion
  • You know how to adjust your pitch and messaging based on prospect cues
  • You do not wait to be told what to do — you are proactive, self-directed, and take ownership of your success
  • You are comfortable navigating technology (CRM, PowerBI, Zoom, MS Office), and can work autonomously from a remote setting
  • Experience in eye care, medical device, healthcare, or technology sales is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Compensation

  • Base Salary $70,000 - $75,000
  • Total Compensation at Plan $100,000 - $105,000
