MW Logistics is currently positioning itself for growth. We are currently seeking individuals for the position of Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
The Inside Sales Representative will sell to prospective clients’ products or services via phone, email or other online channels.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for working closely with the sales team in identifying, assessing, and prospecting new customers and contacts.
- Maintains departmental discipline to ensure pipeline growth while maintaining contact with potential customers.
- Utilize CRM for input/update/review related to lead generation activity and customer information (accounts, contacts, opportunities/pipeline, data reconciliation, and advanced find query management.)
- Adapts to changes in company focus/goals as needed.
- Achieves goals set for customer contacts (phone calls, emails, etc.) to potential customers/contacts in CRM.
- Stays up to date on industries/verticals and market trends that we are targeting potential customers.
- Keeps leadership informed of prospecting and results/feedback via daily and weekly reports.
- Spot bid intermittently with customer prospected and/or during surges on bid boards. goals, align priorities and define departmental processes.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and behavior in accordance with company policies.
- Displays and encourages teamwork and willingness to be a problem solver. Provides excellent customer service.
- Other duties as assigned (based on business need)
Professional Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated/related inside sales in the transportation industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in all communications (verbal and written) to any stakeholder (external and internal.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Superior organizational skills and detail orientation
- High customer service orientation
- An ability to work independently of others and as a cohesive team is required.

Office
Hours: In-office, 8:00am – 5:00 pm. A one-hour lunch between 11:00 am – 1:00pm as scheduled by department leadership to ensure ongoing coverage. As a 24/7/365 operation, must be available to work after hours, weekend and holiday hours as needed to meet work demands.
Reports to: Logistics Director
Physical requirements: Sedentary - Involves lifting articles weighing no more than 10 pounds at a time or occasionally lifting or carrying articles such as docket files, ledgers, or small tools; and despite involving sitting on a regular basis, may require walking or standing on an occasional basis.
