What You'll Do

Client Interaction: Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls to understand their tax challenges and showcase the benefits of our tax relief services. Your empathetic approach will make a real difference in their lives.

Sales Process : Utilize a consultative sales approach to qualify leads, explain our tax relief programs, and close sales effectively. Your ability to listen and understand clients' needs will be key to your success.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Your dedication to client care will set you apart.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Attention to detail is crucial to maintaining organized and up-to-date information.

Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Your drive and determination will help you achieve great results.

Collaboration: Work closely with tax professionals and other team members to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the tax resolution industry, is highly valued.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle high call volumes, and proficiency with CRM software. Your ability to connect with clients and manage multiple tasks will set you apart.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in sales or tax-related fields are a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Tax Relief Sales
• Proficiency in customized CRM logics
• Strong phone communication skills
• Ability to multitask seamlessly
• Tech-savvy with basic experience in Word, Excel, and Sales CRM software
• Highly motivated, self-starting individuals with a money-making mindset

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
