In this role, you’ll be the friendly and reliable point of contact for customers, supporting their needs and ensuring a smooth experience—from answering questions to processing orders and more. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on staying organized, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

    •    Communicating with customers via phone and email to provide product information and support

    •    Managing incoming calls and emails efficiently and professionally

    •    Building lasting relationships with customers and internal teams

    •    Entering orders, handling billing, and assisting with general office tasks

    •    Staying organized with filing, follow-ups, and administrative support

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field

    •    Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure

    •    Strong communication skills—written and verbal

    •    Comfortable using Google platforms and general computer systems

    •    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    •    Industry knowledge (electrical/lighting) is a plus—but not required
