Job Responsibilities:


  • Sales Support Team Management - Daily

- Manage shared workload with front end sales managers.

- assist front end sales managers to bridge communication gap with customer service team.

- Monitor open order reports and remind front end sales to push for new orders

- quotation preparation on behalf of sales managers.

  • New customer inquiries

- filter and qualify new customer inquiries generated from the Web or other sources.

- working with PM and re-direct inquiries to authorized VARs or front-end sales.

  • Accounts receivable and Purchasing Support - As needed

- Collaborate w/ procurement/sourcing team for MRO and other procurement efforts

- Assist finance and sales manager for A/R collection

  • Internal Support to Business Operations

- Capture/train team on new systems implemented by corporate/DPF

  • Assist in explaining product features to customers and answer questions and concerns regarding products.
  • Understand DC power, be able to recommend power systems for clients (Electronic basics understanding required).
  • Manage follow-ups and meetings with clients
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other teams such as CS, Purchasing, Tech Support, RMA, Planning and Finance (communication skills very much needed here).
  • Assist on research, market trends and assessments.
  • Understand the company’s business processes and policy.
  • Basic SAP knowledge (YSEK1, VD03, MD04, VA03, MM03, MMBE)


REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-year college degree.
  • 3-yer customer service experience.
  • Highly self-motivated and results driven
  • Organized, responsive, and effective time management
  • Proactively solve the problem, attentive to details, and follow through
  • Team player with collaboration spirit and interpersonal skills
