Responsibilities

• Convert inbound calls, messages, and emails into booked service appointments all day - everyday.
• Drive sales by booking new jobs & appointments utilizing our existing customer database.
• Maximize the extensive sales and marketing tools we already have in place to drive booked jobs and thus sales.
• Earn commission for sales you convert immediately over the phone.
• Responsible for scheduling appointments across 2 different metros while prioritizing route density & efficiency.
• Empathize and reassure abandoned solar owners that we're the good guys and will take care of them for the long haul with honesty and accountability.
• Willing to be held accountable for goals and results
• Build pipeline of future service appointments
• Be able to follow scripts and guidelines for booking appointments
