Fitness Sales Advisor
Location: HQ in Lehi, Utah

What You’ll Do:


✅ Drive revenue with a high velocity sales approach - No cold calls, all warm leads, 1 call close!
✅ Conduct impactful DNA Summary conversations, guiding customers toward their wellness goals.
✅ Using the right amount of EQ to build immediate rapport and trust through thoughtful wellness conversations.
✅ Showcase and demonstrate how AlterMe’s science-backed fitness solutions change lives.
✅ Efficiently track, manage and close quality leads with precision & urgent follow-up via phone, email, and text.
✅ Overcome objections with confidence and tact to meet and exceed sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • 1+ years of proven sales success is preferred.
  • Experience closing deals and exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment, nice to have.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), and digital communication tools.
  • Must be willing to work full-time in our Lehi, UT office - this is not a remote or hybrid position.
Start times available @ 8am or 9am MST
$20/hr base + uncapped commissions (OTE $80k +)
