Summary

Koffeetech Communications is looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive lead generation through cold calling and setting appointments. If you love engaging with decision-makers, can pitch ideas confidently over the phone, and thrive in a high-energy environment, we want you!


What You’ll DoInitiate outbound cold calls to potential clients across various industries.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our Business Development team
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with accurate call logs and statuses
  • Follow up diligently with prospects and ensure consistent pipeline flow
  • Understand Koffeetech’s service offerings and pitch them with clarity and confidence
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets for the number of calls, conversations, and appointments set


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in a marketing/tech/digital agency)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi
  • A self-starter who is confident, persistent, and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets for data management
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and move to the next lead with energy


Nice to Have

  • Experience in selling services like branding, digital marketing, or SaaS
  • Exposure to sales tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
