Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer outreach, and follow up sales leads through phone, email, and online channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Customer Outreach:

  • Identify potential leads through various sources, including event databases, market research and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-up emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential use cases for our product/service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule product demonstrations, discovery calls, and virtual meetings with prospects.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
  • Understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions to enhance their business operations.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.


Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Maintain and daily update accurate records of sales activities, lead interactions, and deal status in the database.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to track progress and strategize improvements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Telecommunication industry (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of inside sales experience (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong communication, good listening and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage multiple leads.
  • Should have hand on experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
