Works with the business development department to administer and support all sales and market development efforts. Maintains relationships with field sales personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt forecast submission and is responsible for maintaining accurate reports for forecasting and tracking business development efforts. This role will be responsible for working with product management, field service, finance, channel sales, manufacturing, and product development teams.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Respond to customer and business development team inquiries.
Respond to all RFQ’s.
Prepare quotations and formal proposals.
Coordinate bid submission packages.
Support customer satisfaction program as required.
Evaluate and analyze historical, pipeline, and forecast data for trends.
Maintain price lists to ensure they are accurate and scalable.
Ensure timely receipt and deployment of customer feedback to enhance the company’s market presence.
Assist in the development and establishment of the Company’s quotation policy and procedures: the procedures are to be incorporated with CRM and ERP Systems.
