Description:
The Inside Sales Business Development Representative is a front-line employee, interacting with customers/prospects by telephone, email, and social media. The Inside Sales Business Development Representative is responsible for contacting prospects and existing customers to develop new business opportunities across all of HMI solutions. This position will be based in our São Paulo office, near the Santo Amaro region. This is a Hybrid position.
Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- 30-50 outbound activities each day.
- Consistently reach out to prospects and existing clients to determine new business opportunities leveraging a consultative sales approach.
- Manage and track all activities in CRM.
- Meeting or exceeding quota and all KPIs, such as call volume, creating new opportunities, and generating upsell/recovery revenue.
- Uncovering additional opportunities from relationship building for other products.
- Assist clients with general inquiries, questions, and concerns.
- Coordinate and interface with other departments, gathering information and communicating it clearly to others.
- Assist in answering incoming calls and leverage sales skills to identify needs, propose solutions, and/or direct calls to the appropriate team.
- Assist clients with general inquiries, questions, and concerns.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of company’s products and understanding of the structure.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 3 – 5 years related experience in sales/business development environment.
- 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
- SalesLoft experience preferred.
- Prior experience selling high-volume technology solutions and services a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills; building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Creative, self-motivated, and driven.
- Excellent analytical, detail oriented, and reasoning skills.
- Outstanding telephone manner, follow-through, and questioning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience managing databases.
- Works independently as well as in a team environment.
