About The Role
The primary responsibility is to manage and schedule appointments for sales representatives with potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
Schedule appointments for sales representatives with potential customers
Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns

Track and report appointment scheduling metrics
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales acumen and ability to persuade potential customers
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
