What You’ll Do:

• Identify and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn & tools
• Collaborate with Regional BDMs to support the sales cycle
• Coordinate proposals, contracts, and onboarding of new clients
• Maintain CRM records and support sales reporting
• Help prepare for industry conferences and follow-up with leads

• Background in science, life sciences, or clinical research
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• CRM proficiency and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
• A keen interest in business development within healthcare/pharma
