Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
As an Inside Sales Agent at Mirador, you’re the front line of our client experience. You’ll engage with inbound leads from multiple marketing channels, acting as both a trusted guide and a strategic filter. Your mission: respond with speed and empathy, build meaningful rapport, and convert inquiries into high-quality appointments for our outside sales team.
Success in this role calls for sharp communication, operational discipline, and a growth mindset, someone who thrives on training, role-play, and constant refinement.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Point of Contact
- Respond to inbound leads within one hour during business hours.
- Communicate professionally and build rapport with potential clients, emphasizing Mirador’s expertise and value.
Appointment Scheduling
- Coordinate and confirm appointments for the outside sales team based on lead preferences and availability.
- Ensure a seamless handoff by highlighting the agent’s expertise.
Database Management & Drip Campaigns
- Maintain and update client information in Mirador’s CRM with accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and manage drip email/text campaigns to nurture leads over time.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up
- Conduct ongoing follow-ups, including calls, emails, and text messages, to foster relationships and encourage conversion.
- Offer additional services or property options to non-responsive leads to maintain engagement.
Goal Setting & Reporting
- Set weekly goals (e.g., number of calls, appointments set) and track performance metrics in the CRM.
- Provide weekly reports to management on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Market & Fair Housing Knowledge
- Stay informed about local market conditions, pricing trends, and inventory.
- Understand and uphold Fair Housing regulations throughout all client interactions.
Script Mastery & Professional Development
- Memorize and internalize approved scripts to ensure consistent, accurate messaging.
- Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and performance audits to continually refine skills.
Proactive Prospecting
- Dedicate 1–2 hours daily to make outbound or follow-up calls to new and existing leads.
- Maintain a pipeline of at least 50 new leads per week, nurturing them toward qualified appointments.
Collaboration & Process Optimization
- Work closely with the outside sales team to identify strengths, improve lead handoffs, and refine processes.
- Provide feedback on CRM workflows, scripts, and best practices to optimize lead management.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service, phone sales, or ISA experience (NYC real estate experience a plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional phone etiquette, persuasive abilities, and active listening skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRMs, basic computer applications, and internet-based tools.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet performance goals.
- Fair Housing Knowledge: Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines and the ability to communicate them effectively.
- Market Familiarity: Willingness to learn NYC real estate product offerings, pricing, and inventory trends.
- Team Player: Eagerness to collaborate with the outside sales team, marketing department, and management.
