JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a global leader in the telecommunications industry, we have been in business for over 27+ years. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the Kansas City area.


We are looking to expand our Inside Sales Team with a few high-performing sales professionals motivated to drive revenue through new business development and expert account management. Sales candidates will be expected to proactively contact existing business and prospect daily for new business.


  • Sales Account Managers are focused on 4 verticals:
  • 100% inside B2B sales: Using company and self-lead systems to identify and develop new business avenues and sales opportunities.
  • Creating Solutions: Prospecting, networking, building relationships, closing, and meeting sales goals
  • Taking part in company training activities and cultivating new relationships.

 

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:


We want you to succeed and succeed big! In addition to your base salary of $62,400.00 (Paid hourly for potential of overtime) you will also receive industry-leading commissions where your income will truly be unlimited. Our average Account Manager in 2024 who worked the full year made $155,630.00 and our highest earner made over $400,000.00! Plus, you will receive all these exceptional perks:

Clients rely on ACE’s industry expertise and extensive experience in material sourcing.

 

**CUSTOMER PREMISE EQUIPMENT (CPE)**

ACE, an authorized Arris/CommScope refurbisher, has pioneered in refurbishing legacy cable modems and digital set tops. With ISO 9001 certification, ACE provides a 2-year product warranty on all used CPE equipment, ensuring quality and reliability.

 

**IT ASSET DISPOSITION (ITAD)**

Our tailored, cost-effective solutions guarantee secure IT asset removal while maximizing equipment reuse. Certified processes ensure secure data destruction, environmental responsibility, and compliance with regulations, mitigating risks effectively.

 

**END-OF-LIFE MANAGEMENT (RECYCLING)**

Utilizing advanced shredding technology, end-of-life materials are processed efficiently. Products are shredded into two-inch pieces and sorted into steel, aluminum, circuit board, etc., with these commodities then recovered by North American smelters.

 

 

Job Type: Full-time


Base Pay: $62,400.00 …$30.00 per hour plus O/T
