Position Overview

Storm Creek is seeking driven sales professionals with a growth mindset who want to work for one of the best and fastest-growing eco-made apparel companies.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll build and strengthen relationships with promotional products distributors. This inside sales role is a vital link to our customers and outside sales reps, requiring excellence in communication, efficiency in delivering information, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with proven professional sales experience, eager to seize the significant market opportunities in the B2B sector. You must be aligned with our mission and core values, and ready to seek better every day!

Key Responsibilities

Account Development & Territory Planning

  • Strategically develop and manage assigned accounts to maximize revenue potential.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential customers within the territory.
  • Develop a sales plan to drive growth and expand market share.

Optimize Sales Opportunities & Pipeline Management

  • Actively manage and grow a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track progress, manage tasks, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Use sales data and customer insights to identify trends and adjust approach accordingly.

Customer Communication & New Customer Onboarding

  • Engage with new and existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their promotional product needs.
  • Educate and guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing product recommendations that align with client branding and marketing objectives.

Account Management & Sales Growth

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently driving revenue through account expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product specialists, to deliver exceptional service.

High-Potential Account Growth

  • Identify and develop strategies to grow high-potential accounts into top-tier revenue generators.
  • Monitor account performance, address challenges, and proactively offer solutions to drive growth.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by demonstrating value and delivering results.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the promotional products or branded merchandise industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and market trends.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to a variety of customer personalities and industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management, customer tracking, and task execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success in building a strong pipeline and achieving a high close ratio.
  • Competitive, results-oriented mindset with a strong team-player attitude

What Storm Creek Can Offer You

In addition to your base compensation (starting salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually), you may be eligible for commissions based on specific sales goals and objectives. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Prescription, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k). Teammates may also be eligible for 10 to 20 days of vacation (depending on tenure), 5 days of ESST, 8 volunteer hours, and company holidays (plus one floating holiday per year).
