Inside Sales Account Executive Responsibilities
Maintain and grow a book of business through proactive account management
Identify and close new sales opportunities using consultative selling techniques
Conduct quarterly check-ins with clients to strengthen relationships
Negotiate and renew customer contracts
Resolve customer service issues and ensure high satisfaction levels
Accurately use CRM and pricing tools for sales tracking
Align products and services with customer needs and regulatory requirements
Inside Sales Account Executive Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years of B2B sales experience in a non-consumer industry
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Goal-oriented with strategic thinking abilities
