We are seeking an exceptional Innovation Program Management Specialist to lead and manage innovative business improvement projects, driving workforce culture change and delivering business solutions. As a Subject Matter Expert in business innovation, modernization, and transformation projects, you will leverage agile methodologies and data-driven insights to advise teams, execute innovation initiatives, and facilitate strategic planning efforts. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management and support services for innovative business improvement projects
• Create strategic communication products for senior leadership and workforce reporting
• Communicate with Program Managers and POCs from customer organizations when necessary
• Coach and facilitate innovation project owners to help them succeed
• Conduct research activities, drawing connections between latest regulations/policies and acquisition management gaps
• Advise on and execute culture initiatives and drive organizational change management
• Build, test, and maintain various project management tools and templates on a routine basis
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration field or 5 years of related experience
• Expertise in advising on business innovation, modernization, and transformation projects
• Ability to leverage agile methodologies and data-driven insights to lead teams and execute innovation initiatives
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Expertise in project management frameworks and methodologies
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, strategic communication plans, workshop facilitation, and skills coaching
• Experience in leading and managing innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and ability to recommend potential applications for the customer
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Master's Degree in Business Administration or at least 10 years of relevant experience
