Mould Preparation: Ensure the proper installation of moulds and tools, including adjusting the moulds as required for each production run. Material Handling: Load rubber materials (e.g., elastomers) into the injection machines, ensuring the correct material is used for each batch. Monitoring Production: Continuously monitor the production process, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet the required specifications. Perform dimensional checks and report any deviations. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine or product issues, including adjusting machine settings to maintain production efficiency. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on injection moulding equipment, ensuring proper functionality and preventing machine breakdowns. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling of materials, equipment, and hazardous substances. Documentation: Record production data, including batch numbers, materials used, and any issues or deviations. Maintain accurate logs of machine settings and production outputs. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors and quality control staff, to improve production efficiency and product quality.
