Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Contributing to building product features with a focus on user experience and market fit.
  • Analyzing user/client feedback to create improvement plans for existing software products.
  • Collaborating on the development of technical documentation to support product understanding and future development.
  • Contributing to defining and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product.
  • Supporting the adherence to product roadmaps, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Assisting in managing the product backlog and prioritization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand the insurance business domain and collaborate closely with product evangelists to build solutions that meet evolving market needs.
  • Work closely with UX engineers, software engineers, architects, business analysts, and quality engineers to translate scope and requirements into robust product designs.
  • Help communicate the product vision to internal teams, contributing to product roadmaps and detailed planning.
  • Assist in maintaining a balance between quality and speed of delivery, contributing to the definition of efficient product delivery processes.
  • Support the product development process to achieve planned objectives.
  • Contribute to innovating solutions for achieving development objectives with greater efficiency.
  • Support the use of project management techniques to manage scope, time, and cost.
  • Assist in providing internal and customer training on product usage.
  • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
  • Assist in assessing and addressing product-related risks.
  • Contribute to defining success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management.
  • Prior experience in a product company with "product ownership" experience is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with backlog management and prioritization (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of API concepts and web services.
  • Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Educational Requirements
