Your Responsibilities Will Include
Contributing to building product features with a focus on user experience and market fit.
Analyzing user/client feedback to create improvement plans for existing software products.
Collaborating on the development of technical documentation to support product understanding and future development.
Contributing to defining and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product.
Supporting the adherence to product roadmaps, timelines, and quality standards.
Assisting in managing the product backlog and prioritization.
Job Responsibilities
Understand the insurance business domain and collaborate closely with product evangelists to build solutions that meet evolving market needs.
Work closely with UX engineers, software engineers, architects, business analysts, and quality engineers to translate scope and requirements into robust product designs.
Help communicate the product vision to internal teams, contributing to product roadmaps and detailed planning.
Assist in maintaining a balance between quality and speed of delivery, contributing to the definition of efficient product delivery processes.
Support the product development process to achieve planned objectives.
Contribute to innovating solutions for achieving development objectives with greater efficiency.
Support the use of project management techniques to manage scope, time, and cost.
Assist in providing internal and customer training on product usage.
Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
Assist in assessing and addressing product-related risks.
Contribute to defining success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Required Skills And Experience
5+ years of proven experience in Product Management.
Prior experience in a product company with "product ownership" experience is a strong advantage.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with backlog management and prioritization (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of API concepts and web services.
Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
