Looking for PMs who can build and deliver technical (infra/ops) solutions from scratch, in a high-stakes, enterprise-scale M&E environment. Looking for a Project Manager who has led infrastructure and operations initiatives from the ground up — ideally within enterprise environments supporting entertainment or media production. Someone who understands how to roll out new systems, manage helpdesk and ticketing operations, and drive delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented production setting.

Enterprise Setting:

• Environment is large, complex, and multi-departmental
• The PM must know how to navigate corporate structures, influence stakeholders, and drive delivery at scale
• Must understand enterprise-level IT governance, budgeting, timelines, and reporting

Infrastructure Setting:

• Managing projects that involve:
• Helpdesk/ticketing systems
• IT support operations
• Hardware/software rollouts
• Networking/storage
• A strong technical understanding of IT environments is key

From the Ground Up:

• Initiate, plan, and execute full lifecycle projects — not just maintain existing systems
• Handle new software rollouts, not just upgrades
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from scratch (e.g., rollout of a new collaboration tool or helpdesk system)

You have hands-on experience building or deploying infrastructure or software solutions in complex environments — not just inheriting someone else's project halfway through.
