We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Leader to drive the design, development, and scaling of enterprise software platforms. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system design, building scalable and secure platforms, integrating complex enterprise solutions, and managing a variety of data types. A strong product sense, focus on user experience, and expertise in SaaS environments are essential.

Requirements


Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable enterprise platforms, including diverse data ingestion and integration pipelines.
• Collaborate with back-end, front-end, and platform teams to ensure a cohesive, scalable system architecture.
• Build and maintain robust back-end systems using technologies like Python and Go.
• Develop and integrate APIs, optimizing for performance, scalability, and security.
• Ensure data architecture supports various formats (documents, charts, images) using tools such as PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of solutions in multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Ensure systems meet critical non-functional requirements, including latency, collaboration capabilities, and security.
• Provide technical leadership in platform generalization to enable application development on core platforms.
• Continuously evaluate and improve system architecture, adopting emerging AI and SaaS platform technologies.
• Actively remove blockers for the team and encourage deeper problem exploration to drive innovation.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong background in system design and enterprise platform architecture.
• Proven experience in developing scalable and secure platforms for enterprise applications.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, with a thorough understanding of cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with document and knowledge management systems (e.g., Docusign, Amelia, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion pipelines, knowledge retrieval systems, and AI-driven document generation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software security protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with diverse data sources and formats, including API integrations and external data ingestion.
• Solid background in system architecture, including user experience design considerations.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to architect and integrate complex systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading architecture efforts in high-growth startup environments or during rapid scaling phases.
