Infrastructure Software Engineer

We're looking for a talented Infrastructure Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or backend-focused engineering. What You’ll Work On

• Own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Optimize developer workflows and tooling (pnpm, TurboRepo, ESLint, Jest, Babel).
• Maintain and scale infrastructure using AWS, Postgres (via Prisma), and modern build tooling.
• Collaborate across services built in Express (Node.js), FastAPI (Python), and integrated with search tools like Algolia and Turbopuffer.
• Partner with teams shipping features in Next.js on Vercel, and supporting cutting-edge LLM use cases with Claude and Bedrock.
• Help scale our API platform powered by client.

Who You Are

• You have 7+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD, infrastructure, or backend engineering.
• You’ve led or significantly improved build pipelines or dev environments (think: “reduced build time by 40%”).
• You’re strong in TypeScript and have worked across a modern web stack.
• You know your way around build systems and are comfortable making performance-driven decisions.
• You enjoy working across multiple languages (TypeScript, Python, Rust) and tech stacks.
• You’re a self-starter with strong communication and decision-making skills.
• You care deeply about developer experience and optimizing engineering velocity.
