Looking for Infrastructure Project Manager with any Managed Service Providers (MSPs) experience

• Ensuring that there is proper oversight and coordination of dependencies across the projects and programs, and there is a process for resolving or escalating issues.
• Setting standard for the development of Project Scopes, Project Plans, Work Orders, Communications Planning, Stakeholder and Organization Change Management, and Project Reporting and record keeping.
• Ensure proper management and reporting on risks, issues, plans, dependencies and budgets on the whole Providers Project portfolio.
• Project or program manager certified in accordance with international agreed-on project management methodologies (e.g., Project Management Institute [PMI] or Prince II).
• Experience in establishing and managing a PMO for Services in similar size and scope similar to the City.
• Where Services include agile development, PMO Managers will be experienced in the respective agile methodology.
