About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a greenfield project focused on setting up new office connectivity in the UK and European Union. The role involves end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure components—specifically network connectivity, Wi-Fi, cabling, and other core systems—to ensure our new offices are fully operational and meet corporate standards.

You’ll be working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to manage timelines, resources, and delivery without the need for on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute greenfield infrastructure projects for new office setups in the UK and EU.
• Manage all aspects of network and connectivity implementation
• Liaise with ISPs, local contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, budgets, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and infrastructure standards.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and escalate blockers where necessary.
• Coordinate remote testing and validation of infrastructure setups prior to office launches.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in infrastructure project management, ideally with greenfield site setups.
• Strong technical understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, cabling, and general IT infrastructure.
• Experience working with multiple ISPs and technology vendors across different countries.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Hungarian is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
