INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER


YOUR AGENDA:


  • Plan and deploy activities as noted by the Company and Eagle Hills guidelines
  • Review infrastructure inputs for the master plan in collaboration with the development and project team to set proper baseline plans for infrastructure
  • Review the project infrastructure designs to ensure that Belgrade Waterfront and Eagle Hills quality requirements are being met at commercially viable cost
  • Review business cases and tariff structure for infrastructure and provide input and recommendations about design, quality and cost
  • Provide input to the development and project team for the infrastructure design and ensure the final design meets the value proposition of the development
  • Review the provisioned designs of utilities (water and wastewater, power supply and distribution, transportation, waste, etc.) to ensure that they are aligned with the vision of the project
  • Provide technical consultation to the procurement process to ensure that tenders are properly developed.
  • Review design requirements included in all RFP documents
  • Participate in the review of the bid evaluation in terms of design related to infrastructure and ensure that the terms follow the agreed standards and codes of practice of the Company as well as those of Eagle Hills
  • Review contract content, if necessary, regarding infrastructure design aspects
  • Collaborate with Projects Managers to develop methods to mitigate infrastructure issues during the execution phase
  • Liaise with Projects Managers to ensure that utilities and infrastructure strategy are being implemented as it was designed to be
  • Liaise with consultants to provide direction, coordinate and review the progress of the infrastructure work
  • Ensure that the project team is obtaining approvals from government authorities for planning, construction and commissioning
  • Coordination with all contractors for the delivery and completion of all the works
  • Attending all meetings and discussions related to infrastructure
  • Regular Site visit according to the schedule, reporting any site discrepancies
  • Prepare reports as per Company requirements



YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering or Roads, Railway and Airports)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in utilities infrastructure works
  • Advanced English skills
  • Excellent understanding of civil engineering activities and infrastructure design and construction
  • Depth understanding of domestic infrastructure
  • Ability to use good operational and engineering judgment
