These Duties Will Include
- Understanding the use of the tools that we deploy to help our users collaborate
- Understanding why we have selected these tools to be the current standard
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of products supported with the aid of technical documents published by vendor and other industry professionals
- Be the last point of escalation for matters of enforcing IT policy
- Support customers by escalating their incidents to vendors in the event of a product break
- Analyze trends and patterns of issues among users to identify systematic problems
- Write user support and technical documentation for user and helpdesk consumption to assist in use of the products you support
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years minimum experience administrating:
- Microsoft Teams – meeting policies, app policies, team membership, team policies
- Microsoft SharePoint – SharePoint policies, retention policies, access permissions
- Microsoft OneDrive – Basic troubleshooting and sync troubleshooting
- Experience with cross tenant and cross company migrations in pursuit of M&A projects
- 3 years of experience working in an IT engineering position OR bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration with IT Concentration
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Familiarity with AzureAD/EntraID and basic hybrid cloud/on-prem infrastructure
- Familiarity with the principles of Microsoft Exchange
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Teams Rooms administration
- Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager
- Proficient in PowerShell
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and forming Graph API calls
- Familiarity and experience building PowerApps and Power Automate
