Infrastructure / Senior Support Engineer - Chester

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Support Engineer to join our close-knit, high-performing tech team. This is a great chance to work with a leading company and grow your IT career in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Based in Chester, you'll be delivering day-to-day IT support to users while also playing a key role in a range of IT projects, mainly focused on Microsoft and cloud technologies.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing technical support across AD, Microsoft 365, servers, VMware, and security admin
• Handling a mix of user support and project-based work
• Troubleshooting complex issues and helping keep systems running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• A solid 2nd/3rd line engineer who wants to grow their skills in AD, 365, Azure, and general IT support
• Someone comfortable working in a technical, professional setting
• A clear communicator with strong problem-solving abilities
• Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to pass a security check

Experience in a professional services environment would be a plus.
